Do you have a debugger available? If so, run your program under the control of the debugger until the problem occurs. If the problem doesn't occur often enough for this to be practical, and you're running on Windows, you can configure the system to run a debugger automatically whenever such an error occurs - see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;103861.
