Really? I don't think running on a quad would have helped you much in those two games... Or by "equal hardware" you mean "equal hardware that I choose"? On the other hand, I agree with the old formula of switching WCCC and WMCCC but, for the chosen hardware to make any sense, it should be that mostly used by chess programs users.
