I did have a patch.err and it only stated this

ENTRY: Tutorials\Black's Third Move.tut
warning wpt0036: Old File not found. However, a file of the same name was
found. No update done since file contents do not match.

But my loading without the disk works, like I have stated before, I just opened
a closed it another six time without the disk being asked for. Strange why other
people have this problem ?????
