I think that your are a bit optimistic.
PF2 on my X5 400 MHz is I think between 2450 and 2500 ELO.
But what on a Samsung 400 MHz ??

By the way, maybe that Palm Hiarcs 9.41 on a T3 400 MHz is stronger than PF2
