But this is all >speculation, No, it's not, you can actually test it: run a gauntlet tournament with Ruffian against other "big guys" and give the following time control: for Ruffian: 2 hours for 60 moves + 30 minutes for the rest for others: 8 hours for 60 moves + 2 hours for the rest It will give you a good idea of how the results of Ruffian in the tournament would be.
