Opteron 2 GHz > >Thank you, >PK For a quick comparison you can multiply the GHz of P4 with 0.7 to get the corresponding AMD Athlon XP GHz and with 0.6 to get the corresponding Athlon 64 or Opteron Ghz (32-Bit-Mode of course). So an Opteron 2 Ghz would be as fast as 3.33 GHz P4 and the FX-53 (2.4 GHz) as fast as 4 GHz P4. regards Joachim
