Can anyone give me some nuts and bolts info on chess programs , engines and
databases?. I downloaded chessbase 6 and could not use it...It said there were
no databases. what exactly is a chess engine? I downloaded the demo of chess
mentor and it worked fine. Any info is appreciated..
