Subject: Hiarcs7 worth getting?

Hello,
   I was wondering if  anyone thinks that Hiarcs7 is worth getting.
I see from test results its suspose to be 50+ points stronger,Does anyone know
this from first hand? Has anyone Played against it at tournament time that
could make a judgement on its strength compaired to Hiarcs6.
