There are professional bookbuilders who will do the best. They are very familiar with the lines in ECO, NCO, MCO, etc. and will not produce a book with a great deal of blunders in it. Every automatic book (computer generated) will either have stupendous mistakes here and there, or be too narrow in other cases. However, a statistically generated book could be easily improved over time via sophisticated statistical learning.
