Most probably you are right, but I do what I can do with a hardware and time I
have.
And I have implemented a "standard test procedure" which is applied for all of
my manual test games, namely, 1hour/game (both sides), 8Mb hash for both
programs, no PB, special time adjustments calculated to make the match fair
running on one PC. Some programs my benefit from this, and some may suffer. But
it gives me some comparible data.
If you can sponsor a couple of 450 Mhz computers with 128 or more RAM for my
tests, I will accept with pleasure. :)
