The problem will always be the large cash payment the ICGA wants.  IE 10 years
ago it was $35,000.00 US, paid by the host to the ICGA.  That won't happen.
Which means if we were to do this, it definitely would not be an ICGA-sanctioned
event.

Probable was the right word.  I could get the place to hold the event, cheap
rooms (possibly free in the summer using empty dorm rooms, etc.
