Interesting.  Allowing for doubling of the real value of the money every five or
ten years (so equivalent to $35 - 70k), what does ICGA do with all the money?
Or is it needed to cover costs and travel assistance etc.  I am assuming it is
not just the ICGA fee for the right to play for the WCCC title.
