Technically no. But they gave it away, whether it's legal to take the engine
makes little difference...they failed to secure the engine from being copied.
They can't prosecute.

John Merlino can explain why this wouldn't have happen on his watch. There would
have been a obk number for CM10 like there was for 8 etc. to prevent this form
of piracy.


Some may actually take the engine and give Johan 20 bucks! That would be good
for Johan...and suck for Ubi-Soft:)
