Hi Pierre,

I believe this is a problem that relates only to Windows XP, there was a post
some time back on the same subject. Unfortunately the CCC search engine is down
at the moment, but you could try a manual search until the engine becomes
available. I think I remember that the solution lies in creating an
administrator's account, but as to how you do that, I'm afraid I can't help you
there. Hopefully someone will post a solution in the meantime. Sorry I can't be
of more help at this time.
