Report on the Massy'2004 Computer-Chess Tournament

The 6th edition of the French Computer-Chess Open took place on June 20, 2004
and was hosted by the chess club of Massy, France. This event gathered 12
French programs. We were particularly delighted that Christophe Théron
travelled 7000 km from Guadeloupe to operate Chess Tiger in person. Still,
this was not enough support for Tiger, who only took the second place,
leaving the victory to Chess Wizard, by Frédéric Louguet.

The format of the tournament was 6-round swiss, 25 minutes per game. Results
are summarized in this table:
