like dan said, 3.Qc2 should win - there is no concrete line i would quote, but
white is simply winning due to the many weaknesses in the black camp (a5/d6/f6),
the rook is worth nothing. the engines will show positive scores for white after
Qc2 quickly.

after 3...Rf8 i'll try 4. Re3 f6 5. Nxd7 Qxd7 6. Qxa5 winning a pawn.
