I believe you can download the Shredder 7 update here:
http://www.playchess.com/updates/GUI7.iup
Put it in your ChessProgram7 folder then run IUPgrade.exe. Save a copy of your
ChessProgram7.exe file first if you want the option to revert to it later.
You can get the Shredder 7.04 UCI engine here:

UCI is a special new protocol for chess engines. You can run UCI engines with
the Shredder 6 Classic GUI which comes on the Shredder 7 CD ("Setup Classic"
folder), or install them as UCI engines in the Chessbase/Fritz GUI.
