However people are always quick to reassure me that they do follow progress with interest and that keeps me going. Of course, it takes a special kind of chess computer nut to persist running such tournaments, but I honestly enjoy it and always have - right back to when I used to spend much of my spare time pitting the dedicated units against each other in matches at 40/40, 40/80 and 40/120.
