I think it would be better to switch that by DEPTH rather than by time... or to
combine it with the "computer" option:

computer on:  no trojan check
computer off: trojan check always active
(suggestion only!)

Would make sense IMO.

I cannot estimate if the antitrojan code can harm Crafty's performance in games
against humans sometimes though; there must have been a reason for that
disabling code (?).
