Subject: Nunn test for the endgame ?

I would love to have a set of varied unclear endgame starting position to test
the endgame play of my program against a variety of opponents. Is this available
somewhere ? When I work on endgame-specific parts of my engine, I find it a bit
frustrating to test by playing games, because the result of most of them is
decided before the endgame, anyway. So I would be happy to have such a database
of endgame positions.
