Hi andrew, The easiest way is to create a game as a text file (or .pgn file). Just type the moves in yourself, 1. e4 c5 2. Nf3 d6, etc. Save it as "game.txt" or something. Launch crafty. Type "read game.txt" or whatever you call it. Type "d" to diagram the position and make sure it is correct. Then to make crafty search on the position, type "go". >How do I tell Crafty that I want to input a series of moves into the current >game? In other words, right now, if I start crafty and type 'e4', it immediately >makes a move in response out of its opening book. I thought the 'force' command, >by itself, should do that, but it doesn't seem to work. Help? Andrew
