Yes but Jonny is stronger relative to something and if Jonny is stronger than
Movei is weaker.

Jonny2.62 did not qualify to the 1st division that movei is playing

Jonny2.64 is only 31 elo stronger based on the following list(maybe the
difference is bigger at longer time control and I do not know).
