It is not clear what do you mean by the best program(The best at blitz and The best at tournament time control are probably different programs) The playing strength is also a question of against who do you play. If you use the program for analysis then this is also a question of what games do you analyze. Another fact is that the best program to help a player in a match does not have to be the best program but the best program in finding ideas that you do not think. Uri
