Most of the time, two members of the team would get together and play each other on a real board (or, using the Ubi.com connection for testing purposes). Unfortunately, now that I am no longer involved in chess software development, I am pretty much no longer playing chess. I still analyze games/positions, but don't seem to have the time and/or local acquaintances to get together with for a friendly game. And, since I much prefer playing a game OTB rather than on the Internet, I have pretty much stopped playing chess. My loss.... jm
