Hi Josh
if you want a brand new computer then i would recommend you taking a look at the
computers offered by our sponser ICD:
they are currently running a Summer Internet Special offering what appears to be
an additional 10% of the normal price

http://www.chessusa.com/cgi-bin/store.cgi?category=8&special=1&cart_id=5664741.23949

if on the other hand you dont mind a used computer then $75-$100 can get you
many different and strong computers on Ebay

here is one that is quite rare and pretty strong
the Novag Ruby
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=33343&item=5111043687

rated about 1850 and cost about $300 when brand new
so far there are no bids with less then 2 days to go
you might be able to snatch this baby for the 30 euro price
best to contact the seller beforehand to make sure he will ship to your
location

Steve
