Hi Tord Have you ever noticed that Gothmog 1.0 beta10 does not access the EGTB if the program and the endgame tablebases are not in the same main directory. We had this examply yesterday and thought it would be a specific problem on one of our Athlons. The paths were the following: c:\programme\arena\engines\gothmogh\gothmog.exe e:\tbs And with this configuration and a correct ini-file the EGTB did not word. After installing the EGTB to c:\tbs and changing the ini-file all works fine. BTW in the following endgame position 8/8/K6p/6p1/8/8/k5PP/8 w - - 0 1 Gothmog 1.0 beta10 with EGTB activated is the only engine with EGTB-support we know that can't find the solution and winning move 1.g4!!
