Hi Peter
I had for unknown reasons the "wrong" book.bin,
bookc.bin and books.bin on my harddisk. The
book.bin had a size of over 13 MB. In the meantime
I have downloaded the corrects books from Hyatt's
site and the problem ist solved. In other words:
Crafty is not out of book after 1.e4 d5 2.exd5 Qxd5
3.Nc3 and plays immediately 3...Qa5. Of course, the
reply 1...d5 is very seldom played.
