The court verdict (some years ago) only said that a bank is not allowed to make differences between national and Euro-international transfers. So there are banks which raised their national fees and get "balance". For instance, my own bank has high national fees when you go to the counter in person - and low fees only for online banking. And when you transfer (internationally) between bank A and bank B, it is sufficient that one side has high fees in order to make the transfer expensive. Ingo Althofer.
