You're looking at a stone old page. I doubt if it has any relevance - probably they forgot to delete or replace it. At the time these were offered, the freeware versions would not run under any ChessBase product. Not as Winboard, and certainly not UCI, as there were hardly if any UCI engines available in the first place. J.
