To someone who thinks they were cheated by this guy, the transcript you provide
might be interesting, but as conversation it is really quite dull. Actually, I
wasn't able to read the whole thing so if there was significant turn in the
conversation, my attention span didn't last long enough to catch it.

If I thought someone was cheating me, I would just noplay and censor them and
move on. It's isn't worth more trouble than that. Trying to spread the word
about the jerk is useless, since they will simply acquire a new user id and
start anew.
