TCB has a "supersafe" time-allocation strategy that, I believe, may hurt it at
very fast time control. In fact, it substracts 30 seconds from the remaining
time. So, if you play 1 minute per game, it will behave as if it is a 30 second
game. As soon as it has less than 30 seconds on the clock, it plays extremely
fast.
