There appears to be a serious flaw in the Fritz Program in regard to
positional understanding of some simple endgame positions.

Example:

[D] 8/7p/4k3/1K4b1/P7/3p3P/8/4B3 w - - 0 1

Analysis by Fritz 8:

1. -+ (-2.06): 58.a5 d2 59.Bxd2 Bxd2 60.a6 Be3 61.Kc6 Kf5 62.Kb7 Kf4 63.h4 h5
64.Kc6 Kg3 65.Kc7 Bf2 66.Kb8 Kxh4
2. -+ (-2.06): 58.Kc4 d2 59.Bxd2 Bxd2 60.a5 Ke5 61.Kd3

Hiarchs & Crafty immediately spot it, and show the correct move.

Congratulations to them!

BTW.. How does your Engine do?
Good Test Position.

The above position is from a Correspondence game where both players
must have used Fritz, and followed the Eval.
Black won.

Both are strong players, who shall remain anonymous, so as not to embarrass
them.
Had they not used Program help, they should have easily seen the correct
Drawing method.
