No engine is wrong and monsoon already find it for the right reason

I think that it should be easy for some engines to solve it by
evaluation(punishing the black rook that has no safe squares to go) and they do
not need to search more than 10 plies forward in order to see it(after 5.Rb1 the
black rook has no safe squares to go).
