Good question ? I only got IID working yesterday so what do I know :-)
I think the fail high test should be removed, as from my testing it does seem to
make things worse. I am not sure what the exact explanation is for this.
If I was to guess I would say for fail highs knowing the score from the hash
table will cause cutoffs without needing to know what the actual best move is,
consequently the extra researching doesnt benefit us.
