With balanced play, without error, chess is a draw....what else could it be?

If God played God, it would be a draw, as each side would choose the "best"
move.

I believe this has been solved mathematically. Even if it hasn't, logic dictates
a draw. White can't win due to one tempo.

P.S. 1.h3 is inferior but not a lost afaik.
