I think ideas like that are totally false, Othello seems draw too, no human achieved to prove a side was winning but a comp prove first player is winning, same thing for the pawn-game (proved winning for white in CCC) ... Nothing prove that "the only winning move in chess for white is not 1.b3" !!!
