Yes, that is a very good point. I didn't have the file, but noticed the date
just as you did. The question that comes to mind is whether the file is wrong,
and thus the Winboard engine (ProDeo.exe) is the correct one. Anyhow, if the
date of the UCI is correct that just means he is coming back from a 1 year
sabbatical on chess programming (this is pretty much the one year anniversary of
the UCI file after all).
