I have heard this type of an objection many times before and never understood it. What is preventing you from starting a new game? Do you really prefer to go through the rigamarole of offering/accepting a draw first and only then starting a new game? A similar situation can happen between 2 people playing a skittles game in a chess club. One will often hear one complain about the other continuing to play a clearly drawn or lost position, but what they fail to realize is, it takes 2 to play. When the game is no longer interesting, you simply tip over your king and set up the pieces for the next game. There is no problem when neither money nor rating points are at stake.
