Huh! Interesting, and thanks for clearing that up. I checked and you're right of
course.

Congratulations on your new motherhood status BTW! Pics? Details? Please,
please.... :-)

Oh, and just to show the spirit of the forum hasn't gone all to hell... can we
expect to see Shredder Classic and Pro Deo 1.0 on your list some time not too
far into the future?

BTW, one other question: I seem to recall you had your list with 70 game
matches, or something along those lines. You're familiar of course with the Nunn
positions. Have you ever considered having the engines have a go at each other
using them? The first Nunn set is made of 10 positions, which gives 20 games in
a match, and the second set is a further (not repeats) 25 positions, or 50 games
worth. This might be an interesting way to isolate engine strength from the
books, in order to see which engine is best according to its versatility at
handling those positions.
