Under Fritz8 choose the file RebelUCI.exe (which is in fact the WB2UCI.exe)

Regarding your question with the hashsize (copy and paste from the Readme.txt):
To change the Hashsize you have to edit the file Wb2Uci.eng.

  You can increase (or decrease) the Hash Table size by editing the
  WB2UCI.ENG file. Modify the "w7" item of the parameter:

           Program = prodeo.exe w7 rebel.eng

  into:    w1, w2,w3,w4,w5,w6,w7,w8 or w9

           w1=512Kb | w2=  4Mb | w3= 12Mb | w4= 24Mb | w5=40Mb
           w6= 60Mb | w7=100Mb | w8=200Mb | w9=400Mb
