Hi Kerry,
 The best way I can think of is if your not satisfied by the levels intermediate
Advanced, novice or the others is to select to make a personality and if you
like cm4000 personality click on this and then just keep lowering the strength
of play down from 100 until it is beating you like 2 out of 3 or whatever you
feel you like :))
