Subject: Pro Deo problem under WinBoard

It seems that Pro Deo does not recognize protover 2 command.
I installed Pro Deo under Winboard. It plays games OK.
One time I launched Winboard with Pro Deo
and immediately tried to set up a position and analyze it.
Pro Deo analized the initial position instead of mine.
I looked into the winboard.debug file.
It seems that Pro Deo did not recognize protover 2 command.
Winboard understood that Pro Deo does not know protocol 2 commands (e.g.
"setboard" command) and send old "edit" command from the protocol 1.
