Subject: Pro Deo question for Ed Schroder

Hi Ed

In the readme for Pro Deo 1.0, there is this info regarding maximum moves:

Known Problems
==============

. When you are playing eng-eng matches or auto232 make sure you limit
  the maximum number of moves else PRO DEO might play funny moves or
  worse crash. For ChessBase this means: Move Limit = 240
               For LokaSoft: Max Moves in Game = 160
==============

Do you know the maximum number of moves for the Arena GUI?

The only place i found in Arena for setting max moves is under
"Tournament/Options" with this dialog:

Adjucate a draw when ??? moves played

I set this to 160 as a precaution, but would rather have a higher number if
possible. I haven't had any long games by Pro Deo yet, but a crash while running
overnight might cause problems. :-)

Thanks
Dave
