When unchecked, it's commonly referred to here as "ponder off" meaning that the engine thinks on its own time only. I left the box unchecked, thus only 400MB is used by an engine at any one time. I have 768MB RAM so should be no problem. This is the same as many other engine matches/tournaments I have run. I worked several hours, installing, un-installing, both Pro Deo and Shredder 8, and most I can get is Rebel in infinite analysis analyzing just fine up to depth 15+. When I try the engine match all I get is depth 1, or not even that. What makes this particularly frustrating is that it worked just fine a few days ago, and is obviously working for others here. I'll keep at it though. Chris
