Try both.

>3.- History heuristics.
>4.- All promotion moves.

Order them:
QNRB

>5.- All capture moves.

Winning captures, equal captures, losing captures

It will probably be in the hash table as a pv node then.  If it isn't there most
of the time, then something is seriously broken.

Sounds like you are aiming for SEE.
