   What you are asking for is Opening Surveys the size of Modern Chess Openings
or the Batsford Chess Openings. Though they only exist in book forms, It would
make sense if somebody can translate them on electronic form in different
formats (obk, fbk, ctg, pgn etc.), update them yearly, and price them around
$20.
