Subject: Pro Deo in Chessbase tournament - question regarding move limit setting

When setting up a tournament under Deep Fritz 8, I do not have the option of
setting a move limit for Pro Deo. Will this affect the way it plays?
If so am I better off just to leave Rebel 12 in my Super Tournament III
Qualifier rather than replacing it with Pro Deo and rerunning its games?
Answers/opinions urgently required.
