Lets hope that we will see more FCR/Chess960 programs soon. We are planning a
FRC/Chess960 computer chess world championship in Mainz next year, if we have
enough interesting programs that are able to play FRC /Chess960. If u take a
look at the number and quality of players in the Chess960 Open in Mainz this
week, it becomes clear that FRC/Chess960 has become quite popular. Just some
names: Ponomariov, Morozevich, Bacrot, Grishuk, Bologan, Karjakin,
McShane...tehy all played in Mainz!
