cpu's are getting faster
programs are getting smarter

if we say that Junior 10 will have chess960,
that program will probably be 80-100 elo stronger than deep junior8,  and with
faster hardware, tack on another 100 elo,

plus every advantage you can think of for a machine

no way a human could draw or win in a long tournament in chess960, or even a
match,

a 4 game match sure,...but not a 20 game match
