If you read the Chessmaster Manual, it will tell you that the King Engine is copyrighted by Tascbase. I E-mailed Tascbase about three weeks ago and suggested the possibility of having the King 2.61 be available as an Engine Module under Fritz or Mellenium GUI. I havent received any response. Mindscape is responsible only for the feaures and interface portion of the Chessmaster. I also e-mailed their tech Support, since they are willing to listen to feedbacks, and suggested that they take a look at the useful features of the Fritz GUI, and maybe offer the same features on their next Chessmaster.
